Erickson Associates, Inc. performed the HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas work for the recent ICU Expansion at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele, Georgia. The project consisted of a two level addition to the existing facility. The basement level contains new medical records facilities and staff areas while the 16 bed ICU is located on the first floor. The mechanical scope included a cooling tower upgrade, modifications to the existing central plant chilled water and steam systems, new medical vacuum pump and air compressor, two VAV air handling unit systems, and a facility water softener. The entire project was completed in 10 months.
