In October, 2015, Erickson Associates, Inc. completed the HVAC, Plumbing and Medical Gas work for the Landmark Hospital LTAC project in Savannah, Georgia. Landmark is a 45,000 sqft facility served by Central Station Split System AC Units with VAV Hot Water Reheat. The primary plumbing systems consist of a domestic water booster pump, water softener, water heaters, and medical gas equipment. Erickson also performed the BIM Coordination for the entire project. The project was completed in 10 months.
