Expansion and Renovation

September 2008, Erickson Associates completed the HVAC, Plumbing and Medical Gas work for the Expansion and Renovation project at Dorminy Medical Center. The project consisted of a building addition as well as a central energy plant renovation and expansion. Some of the project highlights include:
- New LDR, Post Partum, and Nursery Rooms
- New and Renovated Operating Suite
- New Steam Boiler Plant with (2) 200hp Boilers
- Conversion of Existing Chilled Water System to Primary-Secondary Pumping
- (1) 140 ton Air Cooled Chiller
- Steam-Fired Domestic Water Heaters and Heating Hot Water Systems
- Medical Gas, Domestic Water, Sanitary, and Storm Systems
