In 2013, Erickson Associates, Inc. Performed the plumbing and medical gas work for the 128,000 square foot 5-story facility. The work included renovating areas of the existing building at connections to the new Heart Center, connection of services to the existing energy plant primary equipment, a cath lab suite, and 4 floors with 24 patient rooms each. New condensing water heaters, water softener, a domestic water heat exchanger package fabricated in our shop, and a domestic water booster pump were elements of the project.
